Oakwood seeks capable, motivated children who bring a variety of talents, interests, and backgrounds. Through our admission process, we seek to enrich our school community with families of different races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and economic backgrounds.
Oakwood students engage in a rigorous academic curriculum, a comprehensive athletic program, and numerous opportunities in the visual and performing arts. Oakwood families live in neighborhoods throughout the Los Angeles area. Oakwood School is a member of A Better Chance and founding member of the Independent School Alliance for Minority Affairs.
