Welcome to the Oakwood family!

Below are instructions to enroll your student for the 2008-09 school year. Click on the link below to access the Infosnap online enrollment forms.

Grades 9-12 Due: March 26, 2008
Grades K-8 Due: April 8, 2008
HOW IT WORKS:
  1. At the Login screen either log in or create a new account:
    You should use your Infosnap account if you submitted your application online. If you have forgotten either your Username or Password, there are hyperlinks on the login page to help you. If you still need further assistance to access your Infosnap account, please call Infosnap directly at (866) 986-1601 ext. 260 or support@infosnap.com. For security reasons, Oakwood School does not have access to your login information.

    If you did not submit your application online, please create an Infosnap account.
  2. At the Welcome Page, either select the button next to a student from the list on the screen or enter your student's name. Then enter his/her corresponding SNAPCODE provided in your enrollment materials. When you are ready, click "Continue" to proceed.

    Note: If you have more than one child, make certain the SNAPCODE you have entered corresponds with the child's name you have entered/chosen (each child has a different number). Also note: You will need to complete the process for each student enrolled at Oakwood School.

  3. Review the Instructions Page and click "Next" when you are ready to enter the forms. The forms will be pre-populated with information on file at Oakwood School. All fields with a red asterisk are required fields. Please be prepared to enter your child's medical, insurance and emergency information. Add the requested information and change anything that is incorrect, and click "Next" to move from page to page.

  4. Clicking "Next" on the final form page will take you to "Review & Submit" page.

  5. Review the information entered, as this information will be downloaded into the school's database. If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click "<--Prev" to return to the forms.

  6. When you are satisfied with the information entered, click "Submit" in the navigation bar at the top right of the screen. You must click "SUBMIT" to send your enrollment information. You will receive an email confirmation for your records.

  7. If you have additional children to enroll at Oakwood School, click "Start a New Form" and repeat the steps above.

  8. NOTE: Your $2,500 deposit, along with the green payment notice, must be received by the business office in the envelope provided no later than March 26, 2008 (Grades 9-12) or April 8, 2008 (Grades K-8) in order for your child to be enrolled. After those deadlines we can no longer guarantee a place for your child.
