Below are instructions to re-enroll your student for the 2008-09 school year. Using the ONLINE ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT will assist the school in its efforts to ensure accurate records and timely information. Click on the link below to access the Infosnap online enrollment forms.

Due: March 1, 2008

HOW IT WORKS:
  1. Click on the hyperlink above or at the bottom of this page. The application will open in a new browser window.

  2. Please enter the SNAPCODE printed at the top of the sheet you received in the mail. SNAPCODES ARE UNIQUE TO EACH STUDENT. PLEASE ONLY USE THE SNAPCODE PROVIDED IN THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER OF YOUR NOTICE. The SNAPCODE allows Infosnap to pre-populate the enrollment information required on the registration forms from the school's database. This will make the registration process easier and faster for you. When you are ready, click "Continue" to proceed.
    Note: You will need to complete the process for each student enrolled at Oakwood School. On the Confirmation Page you will be provided with a link to enroll additional students in the family, if applicable.
  3. Sign-In using your Infosnap account that you have used from last year's enrollment process. If you have forgotten either your Username or Password, there are hyperlinks on the login page to help you. If you still need further assistance to access your Infosnap account, please call Infosnap directly using the contact information noted above. For security reasons, Oakwood School does not have access to your login information

  4. Review the Introduction Page and click "Next->" to enter the forms.

  5. The forms will be pre-populated with information on file at Oakwood School. All fields with a red asterisk are required fields. PLEASE REVIEW ALL THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED FROM LAST YEAR'S ENROLLMENT APPLICATION AND MAKE ANY NECESSARY CHANGES.

  6. Clicking "Next->" on the final form page will take you to "Review & Submit" page.

  7. Review the information entered, as this information will be downloaded into the school's database. If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click "<-Prev" to return to the forms.

  8. When you are satisfied with the information entered, click "Submit" in the navigation bar at the top right of the screen. You must click "SUBMIT" to send your registration information. You will receive an email confirmation for your records.

  9. If you have additional children enrolled at Oakwood School, you will be provided with a link to start their Enrollment forms from the first child's Confirmation Page.

  10. NOTE: Your $2,500 deposit, along with the yellow payment notice, must be received by the business office in the envelope provided no later than March 1, 2008 in order for your child to be enrolled.
