[For grades 7-12: If a student has one teacher for math and English, the second recommendation may be submitted by an academic teacher who has taught the student during the past two years. 

Confidential Administrative Recommendation from a school administrator who is familiar with the student. 

School Records which include the student's current first semester grades, grades from the preceding two academic years, and all standardized test scores. 

We must receive these recommendations and school records by January 15, 2021.]
