In addition to the application and interview/conversation, please note the following forms must be submitted in order to complete an applicant's file:

7-12 Supplemental Forms
For grades 7-12: If a student has one teacher for math and English, the second recommendation may be submitted by an academic teacher who has taught the student during the past two years.
Confidential Administrative Recommendation from a school administrator who is familiar with the student.
School Records which include the student's current first semester grades, and grades from the preceding two academic years.
We must receive these recommendations and school records by January 12, 2024.
Please note: In an effort to support an equitable admission process, Oakwood will not require the ISEE. Instead, all secondary campus applicants will be given a writing prompt in the student section on our application. Additionally, when evaluating admission decisions, the committee will rely on transcripts, recommendations, and interviews.
